A red wine made entirely with the Monastrell grape variety. This wine comes from two vine groves over 20 years old at about 700 metres above sea level.
Grapes selected in the vineyard and picked by hand. Controlled fermentation in a stainless steel tank at 23-24 ºC, with maceration with the grape skins almost until the end of fermentation to obtain an optimum extraction of aromas and colour. This wine has been bottled for several months but it has not been filtered.
Graduation: 14.5º vol.

Appearance: Brilliant red with violet reflections. Rich robe.
Nose: Mature, fruity taste of cherries with plums and a touch of caramel. Intensifies when swirled, giving off spicy notes.
Palate: Intense yet friendly in the mouth; structured, smooth and full-bodied. Silky tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste. It will mature well in bottles.
