Black wine made 100% with brocade, a variety of black grapes coming from two parcels of 30-year-old vineyards located about 700 meters.
Raise selected on the vine and harvested by hand. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel deposit at 23oC with the actual yeast coming from grapes, and skin maceration until almost the end of fermentation to achieve maximum aroma and color extraction. It has not been leaked.

Tast note:
View - bright red with violet rivets. Medium-low layer.
Nas – Intenses red fruit such as cherry and forest strawberry, combined with balsamic and mentolated touches, and a slight Roma background. In agitation the red fruit is intensified and speciated notes appear.
Boca - Nice entry. Soft and delicate passage, but at the same time long. A marked acidity makes it a very fresh wine, allowing a very good evolution in the bottle.
